Hardware Maintenance
CCC-ITS provides resident on-site or on-call computer maintenance services
for both private and public organizations to include network support. These
services provide coverage twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week
with a response time varying from 1 to 8 hours as our contract commitment
dictates. CCC-ITS
maintains a large parts inventory in Washington, D.C. as
well as dedicated inventories at select sites nationwide. This inventory
meets critical response times to reduce repair wait time.
CCC-ITS field engineers are fully trained and certified to perform GEM
service requirements and are given constant updated training to keep abreast
of the latest technologies and systems. Providing professionally competent
technicians is our strongest maintenance attribute.

Facilities Support
CCC-ITS provides facilities management for information
technology operations to include all levels of management and some
outsourcing of professional technicians. While project preference is
directed toward maintenance, communications or training, we will evaluate
opportunities for production shop operations. An additional area of interest
to our firm involves requirements for professional IT engineers.
